The pre-requisite for all the following is that you have events instrumented for any feature you’re launching.

• If there are not enough intent clicks/visits to your feature:
  • You’re not doing enough customer outreach / advertising / feature nudging.
  • You’ve built the wrong thing (Can be a conclusion after validating the above).
• If there are intent clicks/visits, but customers are not starting their onboarding journeys:
  • Your onboarding flow might be broken or confusing.
  • The value proposition might have looked promising initially but might not be enough.
• If customers are starting but no one is converting to sticky users:
  • The feature set might not be enough/complete for users.
  • The job your feature accomplishes might not be as frequent a need for users as you thought.
